Fantasy Football ADP Risers & Fallers: Rashid Shaheed Continues To Rise

Matt LaMarca highlights three of the biggest risers and three of the biggest fallers in fantasy football ADP over the last week of drafting.

Welcome back to the fantasy football ADP risers and fallers. Each week, we’ll take a look at some of the players who have had the biggest change in their underdog ADP over the past seven days. Some players have seen their prices steadily rise or fall throughout this process—I’m looking at you, Adonai Mitchell—while others are more one-week anomalies.

Let’s dive into some of the biggest risers and fallers for this week and how to approach those players moving forward.

Risers In Fantasy Football ADP

SEA_seahawks-logo.svgRashid Shaheed | SEA | WR (+4.1 spots)

The Seahawks are coming off a Super Bowl victory, and they made bringing back Shaheed a priority this offseason. They signed him to a three-year, $51M deal, which was more than the Chiefs gave to Kenneth Walker. Essentially, it seems as though the Seahawks “chose” Shaheed over the Super Bowl MVP.

Shaheed was acquired before the trade deadline last season, and his largest impact came on special teams. He had two special teams touchdowns during the regular season, and he added a third during the playoffs.

Shaheed wasn’t quite as involved as expected on offense. He had just a 67% route participation and 10% target share in Seattle, though his role was a bit larger during the playoffs. His target share increased to 12% in the postseason, and he racked up 31% of the team’s air yards.

He should take another step forward in his first full year with the team. He has reportedly expanded his route tree this offseason, and ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports he’s going to be a “big-time player” in 2026-27.

Shaheed will likely never possess a safe floor for fantasy, especially with Jaxon Smith-Njigba soaking up so many targets. But the big plays that were a staple of Shaheed’s game in New Orleans should make more of an appearance this season. That makes him a very interesting flyer for best ball, and it wouldn’t be a shock to see his price tag continue to rise.

BUF_bills-logo.svgRay Davis | BUF | RB (+3.2 spots)

Not much has changed for Davis heading into his third season. He’s still behind James Cook and Ty Johnson on the depth chart, while Josh Allen remains one of the league’s premier goal-line hammers.

However, Davis isn’t as far away from fantasy relevance as it seems. Johnson is more of a change-of-pace/third-down back, so if Cook were to go down with an injury, Davis could be the biggest beneficiary. That’s enough to put him into priority handcuff territory late in drafts. The Bills are one of the best offenses in football, so he could be successful if something were to happen to Cook.

DEN_broncos-logo.svgPat Bryant | DEN | WR (+3.1 spots)

Bryant seemed to be on the rise as a rookie. He was pushing Troy Franklin and Marvin Mims for playing time, but a couple of untimely injuries ultimately prevented him from securing the No. 2 spot in the offense.

He finds himself a bit further down the pecking order at the moment. The team brought in Jaylen Waddle this offseason, and he figures to be the team’s No. 1 option moving forward. That pushes Courtland Sutton down to the No. 2 role, with Bryant, Franklin and Mims competing for whatever is left. That’s not the most desirable set of circumstances for fantasy football.

Perhaps he can put himself back on the radar with a big training camp, but he’s not someone who stands out as interesting at the moment. We have him as our consensus WR81, and there are more appealing longshot targets late in drafts.

Fallers In Fantasy Football ADP

SF_49ers-logo.svgBrandon Aiyuk | SF | WR (-9.5 spots)

Aiyuk was the biggest riser last week, but he has completely reversed course over the past seven days. He is in a seemingly never-ending saga with the 49ers, who have yet to release the disgruntled receiver. Once that inevitably happens, Aiyuk appeared to be angling for a spot on the Commanders.

Unfortunately, that dream may have come to an end for Aiyuk on social media. He took shots at former college quarterback Jayden Daniels, and there is no reason for the Commanders to do anything to make life tougher for their franchise quarterback. It should shock absolutely no one if Aiyuk doesn’t play a single snap in 2026-27, and after a major knee injury, the upside isn’t worth the potential headache.

NYG_giants-logo.svgDarnell Mooney | NYG | WR (-2.9 spots)

The Giants’ receiving corps is a bit of a mess at the moment. Malik Nabers is still recovering from knee surgery, while Darius Slayton missed OTAs after core muscle surgery. It leaves the newly-acquired Mooney and Calvin Austin as the team’s top receivers for the time being.

That said, the Giants were clearly not satisfied with that duo, adding Odell Beckham and JuJu Smith-Schuster in recent weeks. It’s not the most ringing endorsement for Mooney, who now faces significant competition just to get on the field.

The upside scenario for Mooney is basically non-existent. The Giants were not a particularly productive passing offense with Jaxson Dart under center last season, and Nabers figures to be a massive target hog when he eventually takes the field. We have Mooney at WR89, which makes him basically undraftable in all formats.

JAC_jaguars-logo.svgJakobi Meyers | JAX | WR (-2.1 spots)

How to approach the Jaguars’ WR corps is one of the biggest questions heading into fantasy drafts. Meyers was fantastic after being acquired from the Raiders last season, putting up a WR20 finish in PPR formats from Week 9 on.

However, Meyers has plenty of competition. Parker Washington was arguably even more impressive, especially down the stretch. He served as the team’s clear alpha receiver in their final four games (including playoffs), racking up a 31% target share while averaging 21.8 PPR points per game. Brian Thomas is also a potential bounceback candidate after a historic rookie season in 2024-25, and if that wasn’t enough, Travis Hunter will return after being selected second overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. How the targets shake out between those four players will have a big impact in fantasy leagues this season.

We currently see Meyers as the No. 3 option in the passing attack, trailing both Washington and Thomas in our fantasy football projections. He is going the latest out of that trio on Underdog, but it’s still possible he’s being drafted a bit too early. If Washington’s breakout was real and Thomas can revert to his rookie form, it would be tough for Meyers to have a huge impact.
